Marine Electronics Project Engineer
We have a unique opportunity for a Marine Electronics Engineer to join our team to work with us to deliver our full schedule of high-profile projects.
Our projects are varied and engaging; regularly collaborating with industry leaders across the marine sector.
Role Description
As a Project Engineer, you will be engaged on projects from design through to installation. Projects include refits through to complete custom packages for new build yachts and race boats.
This is a fast-paced environment, requiring an adaptable and dynamic approach. This role involves limited international travel.
You will be working on a huge variety of incredible boats with the latest technology. We are innovative in our designs and creative with our client briefs. You will work within a supportive, passionate team of professionals and have the opportunity to travel and visit new places.
Personal Requirements
· Experience: 3 years industry experience. Knowledge of standard marine protocols, IP networks and strong Excel skills essential. Experience with AutoCAD electrical advantageous.
· Communication: You will be client facing and need to have a professional and confident manner with clients and suppliers.
· Attitude: You will be part of a small, close-knit team that ensures we are all personally supported in our work and that we deliver an exceptional service to our clients. You must therefore have a positive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
· Work Ethic: This role will not suit someone who is looking for a 9-5 job. Some days will be longer and some will be shorter – we believe in taking time off when it is quiet, but also going the extra mile when we need to deliver.
· Personal: You will be incredibly organised and numerate.

Finance & Procurement Coordinator
We have an opportunity for a Finance & Procurement coordinator to join our team, to work with us to deliver our full schedule of high-profile projects.
This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of running a business. It will primarily focus on the purchasing and financial aspects, however, being a key part of a small business will provide insight and experience in all areas.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in an office environment, will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Xero accounting software (or similar).
You need to be a good team player and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Working pattern – Minimum commitment of 25 hours with scope to increase this. For the right person, we are willing to negotiate hours, but the hours must be regular and onsite. This is not a remote working role.
Package – competitive salary, dependent upon experience.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Finance
Maintain the purchase ledger. Uploading bills to Xero.
Process staff expense claims.
Bank Reconciliation via Xero.
Procurement
Raise Purchase Orders for projects.
Monitor orders and deliveries
Receipt inbound deliveries
Upload and update Supplier Price Lists in Work Flow Max.
Stock Control
Maintain oversight of our stock control system (Sortly) to include stock level maintenance
Order stock as required to ensure a minimum level is retained
Supplier Product Returns
Process product returns to suppliers and associated credit notes.
General
